Grant proposals will be accepted between February 1, 2024 to April 12, 2024. We reserve the right to disqualify any proposals arriving after the deadline.

All proposals will be reviewed by an anonymous selection committee. Funding determinations will be made by June 1, 2024. Applicants will be notified by phone or email if selected for a grant award. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information so that we may reach you if selected. For more information, please contact Haley Fortune at haley@cfwtn.org.

Grantee(s) will be required to sign a grant award agreement prior to the distribution of any grant award. If a signed contract is not received, funding will not be made available to the grantee(s).

Impact

Making an Impact

Community Impact Grants were created in 2016 to serve as funding opportunities for local nonprofits and funds of the Community Foundation to help make an impact in our area. Since its inception, we have awarded over $272,000 back into the community through these grants to fund a variety of programs and initiatives. Previous organizations awarded have been in the arts, education, healthcare, legal services, and more.

"With help from the grant, we have served 74 clients and their families during the grant period (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023), which doubled from 35 immigrant families in the previous year. We were aware of the need for services to assist victims of crime and domestic violence in their immigration cases, but we could not have predicted that those have become over 40% of our cases in the last 12 months."
